Copyright
This is an obvious violation of copyright. It is a full scene of the movie that lasts longer than three minutes. As I was searching on YouTube fori an example, I found "Dead Poet's Society" in full, simply broken up into 5 or 10 minute segments. I think people don't really understand that the actual law is three minutes, but think it is okay to do short segments like this one. And by the way, if you haven't seen this movie... repent!
This clip is a great video that I used as an anticipatory set activity before I taught on Native Americans, but now, after learning about copyright laws, I realize that there are many, many images used in this clip with no citation. The song itself is not cited. In order for this to conform to copyright laws, there needs to be a citation of the images at the end, as well as a citation of the song.
